Returns & Refunds Policy

At JLL Fitness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your workout equipment; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all equipment is returned in its original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Equipment

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, including all manuals and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection or Postage

  Depending on the item size, either drop off the package at an authorized courier point or schedule a professional collection for heavy fitness machinery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
