What are your delivery options for heavy gym equipment?
We offer standard and express delivery across the UK. Large items like treadmills and exercise bikes are shipped via specialist two-man delivery teams to ensure your equipment arrives safely at your doorstep.
Do you offer assembly services for treadmills and rowers?
Most JLL Fitness products come with comprehensive assembly guides and tools. However, we do offer a professional installation service in select areas which can be added to your order during the checkout process.
What is the warranty period on JLL Fitness products?
We provide a standard 12-month warranty on all home fitness equipment, covering parts and labor. Many of our treadmill motors and frames come with extended warranties for additional peace of mind.
Can I return my item if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please note that return shipping costs for heavy equipment are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I maintain my treadmill to ensure it lasts?
